ABOUT THE WORKSHOP:
Join us for a Strings of Hope workshop in the magical world of Modes: 'A Journey Through the Modes'.

We'll sail across the vast sea of modes, and meet the unique character and sounds of each of the 7 main modes and how to access them.
With a focus on the mystical and therapeutic Dorian and Lydian modes.
You'll Learn a Rythmic Groove in the Dorian Mode with ideas for improvising over it, and the therapeutic aspects of the Lydian mode.
